Ensure the powder coating containers are tightly sealed and placed in their original shipping boxes to prevent contamination or leakage during transit.

Shipping and Documentation

Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package and ship the items to our distribution center using a tracked courier service.

Once our laboratory team verifies the product's integrity and quantity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
